Capability tracking is more in-depth as it quantifies the progress, the decisional power, and the competential advancement. There are several individuals who complete tasks routinely yet they find themselves at a crossroad due to the failure to realize long-term improvements. It is in the midst of this discovery that I am constructing capabilisense so as to cast off the emphasis on doing more and to become better over time.
